C4C36 & Sketch Saturday

The Challenge over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog is to create a card inspired by a verse in a well known children's nursery rhyme.

What are little boys made of?
Frogs and snails
And puppy-dogs' tails,
That's what little boys are made of.

I chose to create a card with a cute puppy-dog. The sketch comes from the Sketch Saturday Blog.
