Sweet Sketch Wednesday

I have not been participating in any of my favourite challenges because I have been focusing on some other areas of my life. But I am keeping a crafting balance with doing some projects that have been put on the back burner. I have been meaning to create my own recipe book for all the family favourites. I've been missing my Sweet Sketch Wednesday friends. So I decided to use Sweet Sketch Wednesday Challenge # 105 for one of the section cover pages. I know it's a stretch, but it does use the sketch.

Here are two other pages

Happy 100th High Hopes Challenge!

Why is there a 4 Rent sign hanging onto the bird house? Doesn't Mr. Kitty Kat look guilty? In my house, that grey tabby would be black and feathers hanging out of her mouth.

Winter Wonderland and Blog Candy Winner

I recently stumbled across a line of stamps and digital images called Cuddly Buddly! I wanted to buy a ton of their stamps, but with Christmas right around the corner, I decided to settle for buying some digital images instead. I am okay doing this since my latest favourite paper (Xpress Blending Card by Copic) to use for colouring with my copics can go through my printer and not jam it up! I see more digital images being downloaded in my future!

It has been a while since I have made a card to enter into some challenge blogs.  This cutie is being entered into four! It's final destination will be to my brother as his Christmas card!

Happy Labor Day for those readers in the United States! It's a great day, Monday Night (American) Football my Virginia Tech Hokies are playing Boise State. GO HOKIES!

This week's product spotlight at Stamp and Create is pearls/gems. I decked out my snowflake embellishment with lots of them.

The sketch is from the Sweet Sketch Wednesday Challenge #65. I flipped it so I could have the snow flake at the bottom.
